Bio​

After moving to Canada from Estonia in 1997, Lana completed two degrees in Science and Engineering before starting her adventurous cross-disciplinary career in business and technology. Since then, she has spent 20 years in many industries including Civil Eng, Animation, FinTech, HealthTech and Education. Lana deeply believes that everyone deserves job satisfaction and career fulfillment. She founded Two Steps Forward Consulting Co. in 2020. Lana (A-CSM) is an innovative Career & Agile Coach who brings Lean and Agile principles to long-term career management of Business and Technology professionals.

​Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Upekha worked as a Scrum Master, Agile coach and lecturer before moving to Canada in 2019. As a Canadian Scrum Master, Upekha continues to passionately contribute to the professional community through her commitment to continuous learning, enhancing her emotional intelligence and supporting those around her. Upekha is a certified PMP, PSM II, CSM and SAFe 5.0 Agilist. She became a contributing Career and Agile Coach for Two Steps Forward Consulting Co. in 2025.

​Monica brings over a decade of experience in a high-pressure multicultural IT environment, offering real-world insight to her coaching practice. In 2024, she completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology with a specialization in Applied Positive Psychology. Monica is passionate about helping individuals navigate stress, transitions and emotional challenges with clarity and confidence. Warm and approachable, Monica combines empathy with solution-focused, goal-oriented, and strength-based approaches to support meaningful progress in an individual's journey.
